Sticking to the Basics ep 7: Super Stick Returns!

Sorry about this guys, but I really could not be bothered to edit this one. It was in two different colours!!! Should have put more thought into it when I drew it but oh well. Enjoy (although this one isn't widely enjoyed by my fans :()

Sticking to the Basics Episode 6: New Hobby?

So here is the next episode as promised. Sorry its been a while, but no one comments, so I'm not too motivated to get these up fast. I'm gonna have a lot of spare time, so expect lots of new posts every week with your favorite comic characters! And friends!

I believe that mindless violence is the only obvious step after escaping from a superhero, don't you? Next episode is the very first episode to go over the usual 4 panels, so expect a big comic here. Until next week!

Sticking to the Basics Ep 5: Flaw in the Plan.

So here's episode 5 for you. In colour aswell!!! Ok, so I drew it with a blue pen, and it is really difficult to remaster colour without doing it all over again!
Every superhero has a weakness...Super Stick's is that he won't fight an enemy without stating his name and titles. I believe some people I know are starting their own comic series, so look out for links.

Sticking to the Basics Ep 4: Stop Evildoers!

I have to say now that Superstick has probably been the least succesful character created by me so far. To be honest I quite liked him but...whatever. Click for a larger view. No comments yet I see. Please someone break the mould!!!!

Sticking to the Basics Ep 2: Burn things?

So this is episode 2-click to get a larger view (possibly). Many people were shocked at the ending of this episode, but I think any reaction is a good reaction! Now I drew this in hand and then put it into photoshop, where I slaved away for half an hour trying to rub out the blemishes and put in proper lines and writing. I prefer paint shop pro to be honest. In photoshop it's difficult for me to move the damn text around!
Again please comment if you like (or dislike, anything's fine with me) and tell me what you think generally. At the time of posting there are 29 episodes completed. Yeah, quite a lot

MY COMIC - THE LOWDOWN!!!!

Last time you'll see I posted the first ever episode of 'Sticking to the Basics', my new comic that a couple of my friends think is funny. For the last few weeks, I have been drawing these things, mainly in Geography and Biology lessons, and I wanted to make them available for the public, so you at home can mock at my terrible cartooning skills. The name of the comic is Sticking to the Basics, because it refers to the basic way in which I draw these stick men.
I doubt you'll believe me if you don't know me, but my drawing skill can be much better than that I'm going to do an Art A-level, with full endorsement from my art teacher. These comics were and still are, merely a way of sating my boredom. Many have been drawn while trying to look like I was doing work, and have been drawn in 5 minutes or so, and I once drew 5 comics in under an hour.
I hope you have liked episode 1 and will continue to like the following episodes. Please comment if you have read and liked them, because I may not put them up otherwise.

Until next time - Excelcior! ( Sorry, I watched 'Who wants to be a superhero' on the sci-fi channel a couple of weeks ago. Man I'm a nerd.)
