Go read
I know this will come as no surprise but we love books here at Nightgig Studios. We almost universally love Terry Pratchett and I’m here to try and help you read at least one Discworld book. Terry liked to mix humor with a solid moral lesson. Not in any kind of preachy way but in a “of course decent people do this” type of way.
In I shall wear midnight he writes “Evil begins when you begin to treat people as things”.
This part of Discworld follows a young witch (Tiffany Aching) who is wise beyond her age. I would (and will be) recommending this part of the book series to everyone and especially young girls. Start with “The Wee Free Men” and laugh and learn.
That’s also the best part with Discworld. Pick a section and start. its a world not a single story. Pick a part and dig in. I started with Going Postal and went back and read Guards Guards before I discovered Color of Magic.
I think I will be re-reading this series the rest of my life.
